## Four paths, different choices

When a reseller comes to me saying she wants to open her own business in demi-fine, the first question I ask back is: which model? Because in the Brazilian sector there are four viable paths, and they look the same from the outside — they all sell jewelry, they all have an end client at the tip. From the inside they are different economies. Different entry capital. Different margin. Different risk. Different learning speed. Confusing the four is the most expensive mistake I see at this stage. This lesson is the map for you to decide before, not after.
