Every message is read by a real person on the Herreira team. There is no automated triage, no generic queue — your question goes directly to whoever can answer it.
Our support team is available Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM (Brasilia time). On Saturdays, we respond to WhatsApp messages until noon.
For Academy questions, we aim to reply within 1 business day. For order and wholesale inquiries, contact us directly via the Factory WhatsApp.
